Before we engrave.

How long do production and delivery take?

Your personalised creation is engraved in our workshop in the Var, Provence, then dispatched within 3 working days in packaging suited to terracotta. Transport time is additional and depends on the delivery service and destination.

Will the engraving last?

Yes. Laser engraving cuts into the material itself, without ink or stickers. It withstands water and sunlight and is suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor display.

What can I have engraved?

Names, dates, phrases, illustrations, symbols or your logo, depending on the design and editor options. The online workshop shows a preview before you order.

What if my tile does not match the approved preview?

If your piece does not match the preview you approved, we will remake it at our expense. Contact us and an artisan will help.

Where do your personalised tiles come from?

Our personalisable tiles are made from Salernes terracotta, in the Var, Provence. Laser engraving takes place in our workshop in the Var. Our non-personalisable decorative tiles are a separate range: each product page states the material and brand.
