Personalised teacher gift — Thank you teacher, Fan
A personalised gift, laser-engraved in genuine terracotta from Provence. Bring the names and words that matter together on a keepsake.
Thank you teacher — Fan
This personalised decorative tile is a thank-you gift for a teacher, teaching assistant or classroom assistant, to give at the end of the school year. The Heart fan design accompanies a clear thank-you message, with an easy-to-give composition, for example leaning against a stack of colourful children’s books.
You can personalise this personalised tile with your text, the first name or surname of the teacher, as well as the child’s first name. The preview shows an example with “UNE MAÎTRESSE EN OR”, “Émilie” and “Merci, Noé”; these elements are for demonstration and can be replaced with your own details.
The tomette is made from terracotta from Salernes, with laser engraving carried out in our workshop in the Var. Two sizes are available, depending on your preference:
- hexagonal 12 × 10 cm
- square 13 × 13 cm
You can also choose the presentation that suits you: without hole, to stand or drilled, to hang.
Choose the right size and add your text.

Your questions about “Thank you teacher”
When will it arrive?
We engrave it to order and dispatch it within 3 working days, often sooner. Then allow 2–3 working days to a pickup point or your door in France (1 working day by Chronopost), and 4–8 working days within the EU. Transit times aren't guaranteed; the estimated date is shown next to the buy button. At busy times, we'll let you know by email if it takes longer.
What if I misspell a name?
Check the preview carefully before ordering. Spotted a mistake? Email contact@mytomette.fr within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before engraving.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo: if it's damaged in transit or we made a mistake, we'll re-engrave it identically or refund you, even though it's personalised.
Can I return it?
Personalised pieces can't be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28), except for defects, breakage or our mistake. That's why the preview shows you the engraving before you buy.
Where can I put it, and how do I hang it?
Solid version: stand it on a shelf or piece of furniture. Hanging version (+€3): it has a hole to hang it from a nail or string. It's a decorative piece for indoors or a sheltered outdoor spot, not a floor tile.
Is it ready to give?
Yes: every tile is wrapped in recycled kraft paper, then packed in a sturdy cardboard box, ready to give as it is. The parcel contains no invoice or price.
Can I have it delivered straight to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, enter their address or pickup point: the parcel goes out with no invoice or price inside, wrapped in kraft paper and ready to give. Your order confirmation comes to you by email.
Can I add my logo or change the font?
Yes, in our online workshop: upload your logo or drawing and choose from over fifty fonts. From 10 pieces, we create a custom design free of charge.
