When will it arrive?
We engrave it to order and dispatch it within 3 working days, often sooner. Then allow 2–3 working days to a pickup point or your door in France (1 working day by Chronopost), and 4–8 working days within the EU. Transit times aren't guaranteed; the estimated date is shown next to the buy button. At busy times, we'll let you know by email if it takes longer.
What if I misspell a name?
Check the preview carefully before ordering. Spotted a mistake? Email contact@mytomette.fr within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before engraving.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo: if it's damaged in transit or we made a mistake, we'll re-engrave it identically or refund you, even though it's personalised.
Can I return it?
Personalised pieces can't be returned or exchanged (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28), except for defects, breakage or our mistake. That's why the preview shows you the engraving before you buy.
Where can I put it, and how do I hang it?
Solid version: stand it on a shelf or piece of furniture. Hanging version (+€3): it has a hole to hang it from a nail or string. It's a decorative piece for indoors or a sheltered outdoor spot, not a floor tile.
Is it ready to give?
Yes: every tile is wrapped in recycled kraft paper, then packed in a sturdy cardboard box, ready to give as it is. The parcel contains no invoice or price.
Can I have it delivered straight to the recipient?
Yes. At checkout, enter their address or pickup point: the parcel goes out with no invoice or price inside, wrapped in kraft paper and ready to give. Your order confirmation comes to you by email.
Can I add my logo or change the font?
Yes, in our online workshop: upload your logo or drawing and choose from over fifty fonts. From 10 pieces, we create a custom design free of charge.

Our tiles are laser-engraved in our workshop in the Var, on genuine Salernes terracotta. The laser traces every letter precisely, down to the smallest detail. Over a hundred designs to personalise, and Marion prepares every order.
